Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and IQNexus+ ("IQNexus+", "we", "us"), operated by BRICS Nexus Global, governing your access to and use of the IQNexus+ websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy.

IQNexus+ is the AI Career Operating System. It provides tools for job seekers (resume hosting, AI resume studio, Career GPS recommendations, Auto-Apply agents, interview preparation), recruiters (sourcing, marketplaces, candidate workspaces), and employers (job postings, branded pages, talent analytics, hiring workflows).

The Service includes AI-generated content, recommendations, and automation that depend on third-party model providers. Output is probabilistic, may contain errors or omissions, and is provided for your evaluation and decision-making only.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.

You must not create an account using false identity, impersonate any person or entity, or share access with users who have not accepted these Terms.

Employer and recruiter accounts are bound by these Terms as both the individual user and on behalf of the organization they represent.

You retain ownership of resumes, profile information, messages, job posts, company materials, and any other content you submit ("User Content").

You grant IQNexus+ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, adapt, and process your User Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including matching, indexing, and rendering it to authorized recipients (e.g. employers you apply to).

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights, contain unlawful material, or violate applicable employment, anti-discrimination, or data-protection laws.

Career GPS, Resume Studio, Copilot, Interview Coach, Auto-Apply agents, and similar features generate text, scores, or actions using AI models. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, sharing it with third parties, or submitting it through Auto-Apply.

Auto-Apply may submit applications to third-party employers on your behalf using the parameters you configure. By enabling Auto-Apply you authorize IQNexus+ to act as your agent for the limited purpose of submitting those applications and confirm that all information used is accurate.

IQNexus+ does not guarantee interviews, offers, hires, salary outcomes, or any specific career result.

Some features require a paid subscription or consume AI credits. Plan inclusions, prices, billing periods, and credit allowances are described on the Pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods unless canceled before the renewal date. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and unused credits expire at the end of the billing period unless stated otherwise.

Except where required by law, fees and credits are non-refundable. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due.

You agree not to: (a) post discriminatory, harassing, fraudulent, or misleading job listings or profiles; (b) scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service except through official APIs you are licensed to use; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service; (d) use the Service to violate anti-spam, employment, sanctions, or export-control laws; (e) misuse AI features to generate deceptive or defamatory content about real people.

We may investigate suspected violations, remove offending content, and suspend or terminate accounts without notice when necessary to protect users or the integrity of the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, brand marks ("IQNexus+", "A BRICS Nexus Global brand"), documentation, and aggregated insights, is owned by IQNexus+ and its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms, no rights are granted to you in IQNexus+ intellectual property.

Feedback you submit is non-confidential and may be used by IQNexus+ without restriction or compensation.

The Service may interoperate with third-party services (e.g. payment processors, OAuth providers, job boards, AI model providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and IQNexus+ is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you acknowledge that policy.

You may close your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, create risk for IQNexus+ or other users, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of AI output, and uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQNexus+ and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms.

Our aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to IQNexus+ for the Service in that period, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

You will indemnify and hold harmless IQNexus+, its affiliates, and their personnel from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms by posting the revised version with a new "Last updated" date; material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered office of BRICS Nexus Global, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts at that seat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@iqnexusplus.com and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.
